VaultXT for solicitors and mediators
Last reviewed 1 November 2026
A pack is a set of dated, numbered pages built from a client's own chat: selected messages, a timeline and the full chat. Clients make it themselves, on their own device, and bring it to you.
It saves you reading raw exports. It doesn't replace your judgement on what goes in.
What a pack is
- Made from WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger, SMS or an iMessage CSV.
- Two types: a Dispute pack (from US$7) and a Court bundle with a chronology in a family-court bundle style. Prices vary by the visitor's country and currency.
- The chat is read on the client's device, not uploaded. A voice note is sent for transcription only if the client chooses.
- Check a pack lets you test that quoted text matches the chat. It's free.
How you'd use it
- Send the client to Make a pack with your own instructions on what to select.
- They send you the PDFs.
- You check the quotes, then decide what is relevant and how to present it.

Discount codes and bulk packs
We're considering:
- A discount code you give clients, so they pay less when you send them.
- Bulk packs for firms and mediation services that want to cover clients' packs.
Neither is live yet. If it would help your practice, tell us at hello@vaultxt.com.
What we don't do
- No referral commission or fee for sending clients.
- No promise that any court or tribunal will accept a pack. Courts set their own rules.
Questions people ask
Can I get a discount code today?
No. Codes and bulk packs are being considered, not live.
Does a pack replace reading the chat?
No. Check a pack tests that quoted text matches the chat. You decide what is relevant.
