Questions.

Can I use it for a refund or a dispute with a seller?

Yes, as a record of what was said. Attach it to a refund request, a dispute or a bank chargeback. We cannot promise a seller, platform or bank will accept it.

Will the court accept my pack?

We cannot promise that, and nobody honestly can. In England and Wales, Practice Direction 27A says copies of text and WhatsApp messages and voice notes are not normally included in a family bundle unless the court directs otherwise, so ask the court or a solicitor first. The pack is a clear, organised record for your own preparation, to give a solicitor, or to use if the court asks for it. Always follow your own court's directions.

Is this legal advice?

Do you upload my chat?

No. The file is read and the PDFs are made on your device.

Does it work with iPhone and Android?

Yes. Both WhatsApp export formats, in UK, US and other date styles.

What about children named in the chat?
