Questions people ask
What does this checklist do?
It lists which of your answers match the PD27A paragraphs it covers (5.2, 7.10(f), 7.15, 8.1 and 11.2) and which need a second look. It does not read your documents.
Is anything uploaded?
No. It runs in your browser and sends nothing anywhere.
Does a full list of matches mean my bundle is fine?
No. It only means your answers line up with the paragraphs listed. Other rules and your case directions may apply, so ask your solicitor or the court.
Why does it ask about a court direction for messages?
Para 5.2(b) says text and WhatsApp messages must not be included in the bundle unless the court directs otherwise.
Not legal advice. VaultXT is not a law firm and cannot promise any court will accept a document. Your case directions may differ.
